Francesco Vezzoli's Greed is a faux ad campaign for an imagined perfume..The commercial is directed by Roman Polanski and stars Natalie Portman and Michelle Williams, who fight over the Greed fragrance..Dazed Digital says the "spurious campaign attempts to isolate and imitate the hype created by the promotion of a new luxury product in the mass market."

Love magazine's first issue is all about the "Fashion and Fame," according to three newly-released previews — which feature Iggy Pop, a violet-haired Iris Strubegger, and Agyness Deyn as Queen Elizabeth II. A traditional clothes rack usually looks like a tube with all the clothes hanging horizontally. I feel like I can do something different and flexible. Therefore, I design a wire with balls from which clothes can be hung at different heights. So it looks like a big necklace attaches to surfaces. And it could also to be used to divide space such as in a shop. The design item is flexible and has other possibilities.

His latest project, now nearing completion in the heart of New York City’s Meatpacking District (MePa), is a branch of his lower-priced but almost intimidatingly modish Standard hotels. The new Standard—there are already two in L.A. and one in Miami—is situated on a small plot of land that is one of the most intensely sought-after development sites in the city. MePa—until recently a Weegee-esque province of bloody-smocked meat workers and transgender prostitutes—has become a high-rent district of shops, restaurants, and clubs.“For the first time I had a hard time imagining what the hotel should look like,” Balazs says. “I usually renovate older buildings, and this was ground-up construction. Add to that the matter of the High Line and it was a unique challenge.”..
