topshop soho
here are first pix from Topshop Soho which is going to be opened on April 2nd by Kate Moss!
and some info: The Soho store mirrors the Oxford Circus flagship store in London, “the four-level, 40,000-square-foot space, with 28,000 square feet for selling, is an eyeful of energetic, packed merchandising with about 2,000 stockkeeping units, a broad price range from moderate to bridge, and dozens of mannequins and forms, either dangling from the high, 30-foot ceilings or sitting atop the alcoves. It’s a wide store with columns and escalators, huge colorful illustrations of London icons, and theatrically lit Topshop marquees.”

cardboard office
www.nothingamsterdam.com
Amsterdam based creative agency Nothing's office almost entirely built out of cardboard..The Nothing team took the idea behind the company name (taking nothing and turning it into something) as the starting point for the physical design of the office; which included creating walls, signage, beams, tables, shelving and even a set of stairs out of cardboard..

Piero Lissoni designed the Oscar glass table for the manufacturer GLAS Italia..Following is from Piero Lossini:
Table in transparent extralight glass characterised by extreme lightness and formal cleanness. The very slender base, despite of an apparent fragility and fineness, is solid and resistant thanks to a special tempering treatment of the glass..
bux
www.tweelink.nl
The twin sisters Tineke and Marieke Willems, who form the Dutch design studio Tweelink, have designed the Bux chesterfield pouf for the new outdoor furniture company Dutch Summer..From Tweelink:
The BUX is an inimitable Chesterfield pouf inspired by the box tree. It looks like a BUX and it feels like sitting on a throne. The top is made from skai leather and the bucket is made from plastic. We created the boxwood shape because it’s meant for outdoor use. But feel free to plant one indoors also.
